How to clean the cover?
Clean your cover with a soft brush and luke-warm water or machine wash in COLD water. DO NOT USE SOAP as it may remove the protective coatings added by the factory. Line dry or machine dry on air or delicate.

Can I change a payment method after submitting my order?
No. Once you submitted your order, the payment method can not be changed.

Can I check the status of my order online?
You are able to check the status of your order at member page ONLY if you are a registered member.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In continental United States, we ship a package via FedEx Ground the day after you submit your order online. It usually takes 3-10 business days.

Do you ship a cover to APO/FPO address?
Yes, we ship to APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail. Some APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with appropriate personnel for restrictions before ordering.
