How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our team first — either via email at [email protected] or through the live chat on any page. This ensures your return is logged, the correct address is confirmed, and we can get your refund processed as quickly as possible.

Once confirmed, send your item to our returns address in Irvine, CA. Items must be in their original, resellable condition with no signs of use or damage.

Return window: Returns must be requested within 1 year of the original purchase date.

Return Shipping

Who Covers the Return Label?

We believe return shipping should reflect the situation fairly. Here's how it works:

When the return is due to a customer ordering error, we source the lowest available return label cost and deduct only that amount from your refund — we never overcharge for shipping. We want to make this as fair as possible for everyone.

Refunds

How & When You'll Get Your Money Back

Once your return arrives at our Irvine warehouse, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 1–3 business days. You'll receive your refund via the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are issued for the item amount only. Return shipping costs (where applicable) are deducted prior to processing. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Exchanges

Need a Different Size or Product?

We'll do our best to help you get the right item. Exchanges are available for items in our current catalog and are subject to stock availability. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and our team will walk you through the process.
