Return and Refund Policy

We do not cover return shipping for orders, unless there was a mistake in the item received.  For refunds, please give our warehouse 1-3 business days to sort through return and process a refund.  Items must be in resellable conditon and must not have any damages in order for a full item refund to be processed. 

Exchanges for a different item will be processed depending on stock and we will work with customers to help get the correct size, if we both have the item in our catalogue and have the item in stock.

We urge customers to please ask questions for clarification so the correct item is ordered!  We have multiple chat lines and will help you to the fullest to make sure you get the item you need!
