Q: What if I made purchases in the past—will I get points for those?
A: We want to be fair. Since this is a new program, we’re happy to retroactively apply points to your account if you sign up. Just email us at hello@formosacovers.com with your order info and we’ll adjust your points accordingly.

Q: How do referrals work exactly?
A: Your friend needs to sign up and place an order using your referral link. Once they complete their order, you both get $5 off coupons added to your accounts.
