Shipping & Delivery

  • Most of our items ship out the next business day via UPS Ground shipment or by USPS. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days. Please expect up to 5-7 business days to receive your order.
  • We also offer expedited shipment-next day and 2nd day air shipment service.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available as an option at checkout. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed by 12PM (Noon) Pacific Standard Time in order for the order to ship out on the same day as order placed. Please contact us for other (Fedex Overnight) expedited shipping rates.
    • Alternatively, we offer more flexible shipping options through our new site www.coveredliving.com - you can browse the same products in a more optimized environment.
  • We try our best to make sure all items are in stock. On occasion our inventory count will be off. You will be notified immediately by email if the product is on back order.
  • International Customers: We ship our international orders by UPS Worldwide Expedited and USPS priority mail only. The regular delivery time is 6-10 business days after the ship date. If customer provides a shipping address that is in foreign language and with symbols or accent marks, we will not take responsibility for an "undeliverable address" package. All customs duties including: taxes, fees, and all extra charges are the customer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office before placing an order.
  • SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19: Some items like our screen house tents, frames, and fabric skins only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Please keep in mind this could delay the delivery time frame 2-3 business days.

  • Changes or cancellation of online orders can be made at any time during the shopping process. Once order has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. If you need to make any changes after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change.
