Shipping & Delivery

  • Most of our items ship out the next business day via Fedex, UPS, Amazon Ground or USPS. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days. Please expect up to 5-7 business days to receive your order.
  • We also offer expedited shipment-next day and 2nd day air shipment service.
    • UPS/FEDEX 2-Day shipping as an option at checkout. Orders placed with UPS/FEDEX 2-Day shipping must be placed by 12PM (Noon) Pacific Standard Time in order for the order to ship out on the same day as order placed. Please contact us for other (UPS Overnight) expedited shipping rates.
    • Alternatively, we offer more flexible shipping options through our new site www.coveredliving.com - you can browse the same products in a more optimized environment.
  • We try our best to make sure all items are in stock. On occasion our inventory count will be off. You will be notified immediately by email if the product is on back order.
  • International Customers: We use Shopify managed markets to streamline our international orders. The dutys, fees and shipping are all accurately reflected by them. Typical carrier is DHL eCommerce.
