Built to keep out rain, snow, cold wind, and bugs on the most common EZGO 4-seater setup: a standard-body cart with an 80" long roof, also called an extended roof. Our QuanTEX™ fabric is an engineered tight-weave 300x300 denier polyester with two PU coatings, and clear panels keep your sightlines open so this stays a cover you drive in. Fits TXT, RXV, Valor, Medalist, and Marathon with a roof measuring roughly 78" to 81" front to back — factory long roofs and DoubleTake 80" tops included.
Built for rain, snow, cold, and bugs.
The shell is QuanTEX™, our engineered premium fabric: a tight-weave 300x300 denier polyester that is strong and durable yet pliable, not stiff like heavier-weight fabrics. It has not one but two PU coatings for maximum water protection. Clear panels keep your sightlines open, so it stays a cover you drive in. This is a drivable enclosure, not a storage cover.
Cut for the EZGO long roof.
This enclosure is made for a specific setup: a standard-body E-Z-GO with a long roof, also called an extended roof, over the rear seat. That's the TXT, RXV, Valor, Medalist, or Marathon with an 80" roof up top, from the factory or an aftermarket kit like the DoubleTake 80". It's the most common way an EZGO becomes a 4-seater, and a configuration many enclosures miss. If your roof stops above the front seats, you need our 58" 2+2 enclosure instead.
Doors that work with the weather.
The improved roll-up entry door rolls toward the front, so wind and rain get pushed away from the opening instead of driven into it. Its YKK zipper stays smooth for in and out and keeps moving in cold weather. Commercial-grade side and rear zippers open fast. It fits roofs measuring roughly 78" to 81" front to back on these models:
- TXT, Freedom TXT, and TXT 48, 1994 to present
- RXV and Freedom RXV, 2008 to present
- Valor, 2017 to present
- Medalist, 1994 to 1995
- Marathon, 1976 to 1993
It does not fit the Liberty or Liberty 4F, which are built on a longer frame. Measure the roof itself, not the cart.

- Will this fit my EZGO TXT with a long roof and rear seat?
- Yes. That is exactly what it is built for, as long as the roof measures close to 80" (roughly 78" to 81").
- Is a long roof the same as an extended roof?
- Yes. Both names describe a roof that extends back over the rear seat. This enclosure is cut for an 80" long roof, also called an extended roof, on a standard-body E-Z-GO.
- I have a rear seat but a short roof. Will this work?
- No. This is the most common sizing mix-up. If your roof stops above the front seats (54" to 58"), the extra fabric hangs over your rear passengers. Order the 58" short roof 2+2 enclosure instead.
- Does it fit a DoubleTake 80" extended roof?
- Yes. DoubleTake 80" extended roofs fit this enclosure.
- Does it fit an EZGO Liberty or Express S4?
- The Liberty does not fit: it has four forward-facing seats on a longer frame. For an Express 4 or S4 with the factory 80" top, contact us with your measurements before ordering.
- What about an RXV with the modular roof?
- Yes, if the installed roof measures near 80". Measure before ordering, since modular roofs vary by build.
- My roof is 86 inches. Will it stretch?
- No. Order a cover cut for your actual roof length.
- Can I drive with it on?
- Yes. Clear panels keep your sightlines open, so this is a cover you drive in, not one you park under.
- How well does it handle rain and cold?
- The shell is our QuanTEX™ fabric, a tight-weave 300x300 denier polyester with two PU coatings for maximum water protection, and the roll-up entry door rolls toward the front so wind and rain get pushed away from the opening. It is built for rain, snow, and cold weather.
- Does it keep bugs out?
- Yes, with the door and panels zipped closed.
