  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the oil mixture all over the skewered vegetables.

  6. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze has thickened.
  7. Remove the veggie skewers from the grill and brush them with the balsamic glaze.
