As a result, all shipping carriers are all currently near or at maximum network capacity volume levels and have announced a temporary suspension of all money-back guarantees on all expedited shipment commitments.
Due to this temporary pause on money-back guarantees from all shipping carriers, we are also unable to offer money-back guarantees on shipping charges paid on all orders if shipping carriers are unable to meet delivery time commitments. In cases where packages are lost, damaged, or mis-delivered, we are committed to getting your package to you as the soonest time possible.
